The amazing welcome made us feel at home right away. The bar and restaurant offered delightful options, especially after a long day. The pool ambiance at night was quite relaxing and enjoyable. We were really impressed with the overall vibe of our stay.

An Unforgettable Stay with Amazing Convenience!

We stayed for 6 nights in a stylish standard room. Loved the modern decor and fantastic amenities! The staff went above and beyond, especially at the on-site restaurant which served delicious meals. Pro tip, take an 8-minute stroll to the nearby Waikiki beach for stunning views and sunsets!

the air conditioning was really loud , but the location was perfect for beach access. there was complimentary infused water available by the pool, and the toiletries provided were pleasant. i also appreciated having a mini fridge in the room.

A few things could use some attention. The bathroom setup isn't the best. the shower tends to turn the whole place into a water park, and the shower head seems like it was installed in a hurry. On top of that, housekeeping seemed to take a vacation of its own. my room was skipped for days. Plus, if you're hoping for a smooth Wi-Fi experience, you might be out of luck—it crawled along at a snail's pace. Fair warning, the 'amenity' fee stings too, especially since the vending machines don’t exactly offer luxury items. Oh, and the noise from the street can be quite the party crasher.

Romer House Waikiki has a vibrant atmosphere. I loved the hotel's modern design and the cozy lounge area, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The staff were welcoming, always ready to offer recommendations about local attractions and restaurants. My room had a comfortable bed and a chic decor style that really made it feel like a retreat. However, I faced some issues with the air conditioning. it took a while to cool down, especially during the hotter days. There were also a few noisy nights due to street traffic that disrupted my sleep. The housekeeping service could improve as I expected daily replenishment of towels but only received it every other day. Overall, I enjoyed my time here but think there’s room for refinement in the service and maintenance of amenities.

Our stay was fantastic, especially visiting the Honolulu Zoo! My two sons loved seeing the exotic animals and the beautiful plants. The best part was the close location of the hotel to the zoo, making it easy to explore before heading back to relax.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel needs better cleaning services for families.

The room had nice floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony, which was awesome for enjoying the views. I found the bed too firm for my liking and the bathroom floor felt a bit dirty, like it could use a good mop. Overall, it was decent but could use some upgrades to really feel comfy.
